TASKMASTER star and Edinburgh Comedy Award-winner Sam Campbell has joined the bill in a last-minute addition to this year’s Wells Comedy Festival.
The event is taking place this bank holiday weekend, with Wells favourite Spencer Jones returning to get the fun started on Friday, May 23.
Many shows are sold out but there are still a handful of tickets for famous faces like Simon Amstell, Sara Pascoe, Rosie Jones and Mark Steel or Edinburgh Comedy Award nominees such as Mat Ewins, Abby Wambaugh, Jessica Fostekew, Chris Cantrill and Lucy Pearman.
The festival bar, serving up Rude Giant beer and Sheppy’s Cider, is open throughout the weekend, with tasty food offerings from The Whole Cheese and Miz Mexican Kitchen.
