Jumble Trail returns for 2026

The Wells Jumble Trail returns to the city on Sunday, 26th April. It officially starts at 10am and runs through until 3pm.

If you haven’t been to one of the previous ones, a jumble trail is similar to a car boot sale but rather than standing in a muddy field in the rain haggling over the price of a DVD boxset, you set up your stall outside your home.

The joy of a jumble trail is that you never know what you’ll find. Stallholders sell everything from clothes and bric-a-brac to homemade cakes.

To date, over 60 people have signed to up to be stallholders, covering the whole of the city – from Keward Close, just off the Glastonbury Road, over to South Horrington.

Each stall costs £8, and all profits raised from stall fees will be donated to Children’s Hospice South West. Stallholders keep all the money they take, though.
