ON Friday, May 17, The Wells Ladies Skittles League had their Skittles Presentation Party at Wells Golf Club, where they enjoyed a two-course meal followed by a disco. A total of £800 is being donated to various charities.
The winners for the 2023/2024 season were: League winners – Cathedral Belles (pictured); League runner-up – Cheddar Scrumpets; Individual competition winner – Nicola Sharp from Cathedral Belles; Individual runner-up – Fern Lester from Calamity Jaynes; Highest individual score – Amy Eaton from Calamity Jaynes (67); Highest individual score runner-up – Kate Baker from Alleycats (61); Highest team score – Cheddar Scrumpets (267).
